WHERE I CAN PICK UO THE CAR?

You can pick up the car at any of our offices or at the airport. You can find Autos Marí offices in Cala Llonga Marí, Siesta, Santa Eulalia, Santa Eulalia-cas capita (in front of  Tropical Garden Hotel), S'Argamassa and Portinatx.
We can also deliver the car to your hotel or villa for only 25€ more (only office openning times).

HOW TO PICK THE CAR AT THE AIRPORT?

The vehicle collection point is in the public parking in Ibiza Airport  place  G32. There you will meet someone of our team who will delivery the car at these point

IS THERE ANY SURCHARGE TO PICK UP THE CAR AT THE AIRPORT?

08.00 -20.300h: 4 €
20:30 – 22:59h: 24 €.
23:00 – 07:00h: 34 €.

WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?

The driver that must be 23 years old and have 3 years of experience, and a credit card.

Can I pay cash?

If you want you can pay in cash or by credit card.

WHAT DO I NEED AS AN EXCESS?

The amount of the excess will be blocked over the credid card.
This amount will be returned at the end of the contract if there is no damage and the tank is full and the lease ended on the date and time stated. If there is any damage and it is below the excess amount, the client will only pay for the damage and any left over money will be refunded.

WHAT DOES MY CAR INSURANCE?

The insurance covers third party damage, occupants and theft, with a excess that goes from 300 € to 1000 € depending on the type of vehicle you choose. The damage is not covered under any circumstances if you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you make a reckless driving. Insurance does not cover loss of keys or items stolen from inside the car.

Can I buy an insurance without Excess?

It is possible to purchase insurance without excess for a price ranging between 8 € and 20 € depending on the group booked.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE INSURANCE WITHOUT EXCESS?

Not covered in any case, lost keys, fuel, wrong  refueling  or objects that can be subtracted from inside the vehicle

CANCELATION POLICY.

If you cancel at least 48hours before arrival there will be no cancellation fee. If the reservation is not cancelled the penalty shall be one day´s rental according to the current tariffs.

UNLIMITED MILEAGE AND GASOLINE.

The vehicle comes full , and the customer must return it full. If not filled , the missing gasoline will be charged with a charge of 6€ extra for service filling.
