Your car and motorcycle rental in Santa Eulalia

All that is required is a driver’s license with more than 3 years of experience, a credit card, and being over 23 years old.

If you wish, you can pay both in cash and with a credit card.

At the time of signing the contract, a hold will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the deductible corresponding to the vehicle group rented. This hold will be released once the vehicle is returned in the agreed-upon condition.

The insurance covers third-party damage, occupants, and theft, with a deductible ranging from €400 to €1000 depending on the type of vehicle you choose. Damage is not covered in any case if you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you engage in reckless driving. The insurance does not cover lost keys or items stolen from inside the car.

It is posibleto purchase a zero deductible insurance for a price ranging from €10 to €20 depending on the reserved vehicle group.

Under no circumstances are the loss of keys, fuel, incorrect refueling, or items that may be stolen from inside the vehicle covered.

If you cancel before 48 hours, there will be no cancellation fee. If it’s after 48 hours, the cancellation fee will be one day of rental.

Pay only for what you use. We deliver the vehicle full or partially full, and you return it with the same amount. If fuel is missing, you will be charged for the fuel plus a fixed amount of €15 for refilling the tank.

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
AGE:

– For groups A, B, C, D, E: 23 years old and 3 years of driving experience
– For groups F, G, H, H1, H2, H3: 25 years old and 3 years of driving experience
– For groups H4, I2, I3: 27 years old and 5 years of driving experience
– For group T: 25 years old with type A license and 3 years of experience

DOCUMENTS:
– Identity card or passport
– Driver’s license with the required experience
CREDIT CARD:
– A hold will be placed on the credit card for the value of the deductible for the vehicle group rented. This hold will be canceled once the contract is completed, provided the vehicle is returned on time, at the agreed location, and in the agreed condition.
– If the SCDW (zero deductible insurance) is purchased, a credit card in the driver’s name must be presented, but no hold will be placed.

SCDW (zero deductible insurance)
– With this extra, the customer is exempt from paying the deductible in case of damage to the vehicle
– No hold will be placed on the credit card.
– The SCDW does not cover the loss or damage of keys, theft, loss, or damage of personal items inside the vehicle, fuel, or fines.

– Group D, D1, D2, E: €14/DAY, maximum €140
– Group H, H1, H2, H3: €20/DAY, maximum €200
– Group H4, I, I2, I3: €22/DAY, maximum €220

– Group T: €12/DAY, maximum €220

– Group G: €18/DAY, maximum €180

FUEL POLICY
– At the airport, the vehicle will be delivered full of fuel and must be returned full. If not, the fuel consumed will be charged.
– At the offices, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level it was delivered with.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If cancelled 48 hours before the reservation, the charges made will be refunded. If not, an amount equivalent to one day’s rental Will be charged.
