You only need a driving license with more than 3 years of seniority, a credit card, and to be over 23 years old.

If you prefer, you can pay either in cash or with a credit card.

At the time of formalizing the contract, a block will be placed on your credit card for the amount of the deductible corresponding to the contracted vehicle group. This block will be removed once the vehicle has been returned in the agreed conditions.

The insurance covers third-party damage, occupants, and theft, with a deductible ranging from €400 to €1000 depending on the type of vehicle you choose. Damages are not covered in any case if you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if you engage in reckless driving. The insurance does not cover the loss of keys or items stolen from inside the car.

There is the possibility of contracting insurance without a deductible for a price ranging from €10 to €20 depending on the reserved group.

In no case is the loss of keys, fuel, incorrect fuel refueling, or objects that may be stolen from inside the vehicle covered.

If you cancel before 48 hours, there will be no cancellation fee. If it’s after 48 hours, the cancellation fee will be for one day of rental.

You only pay for what you consume. We deliver the vehicle to you full or partially full, and you return it with the same amount. If there is missing fuel, you will be charged for the missing fuel plus a fixed amount of €15 for refilling the tank.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INCLUDED IN PRICE:
– Insurance with deductible, CDW, PAI, VEHICLE THEFT (does not include personal items stolen from the interior).
– VAT.
– Local taxes.
– Unlimited mileage.

NOT INCLUDED:
– Damages below the deductible amount.
– Loss or breakage of keys.
– Theft, loss, or damage of personal items.
– Fuel.
– Fines.

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:

AGE:
– For groups A, B, C, D, E: 23 years and 3 years of driver’s license.
– For groups F, G, H, H1, H2, H3: 25 years and 3 years of driver’s license.
– For groups H4, I2, I3: 27 years and 5 years of driver’s license.
– For group T: 25 years, type A driver’s license, and 3 years of seniority.

DOCUMENTS:
– ID card or passport.
– Driver’s license with required seniority.

CREDIT CARD:
– A hold will be placed on the credit card for the value of the deductible of the contracted vehicle group. This hold will be released once the contract is terminated, provided that the vehicle is returned at the agreed time, place, and conditions.
– In case of hiring the SCDW (deductible-free insurance), a credit card in the driver’s name is required, but NO hold will be placed.

– Group A, B, C: €400

SCDW (deductible-free insurance):
– With this extra, the customer is exempt from paying the deductible in case of vehicle damage.
– No hold will be placed on the credit card.
– SCDW does not cover loss or damage to keys, theft, loss, or damage to personal items carried in the vehicle, fuel, fines.

SCDW PRICES:
– Group A, B, C: €12/day, maximum €120
– Group D, D1, D2, E: €14/day, maximum €140
– Group H, H1, H2, H3: €20/day, maximum €200
– Group H4, I, I2, I3: €22/day, maximum €220
– Group T: €12/day, maximum €220
– Group G: €18/day, maximum €180

FUEL POLICY:
– At the airport, the vehicle will be delivered full of fuel and must be returned full. Otherwise, the consumed fuel will be charged.
– At the offices, the vehicle must be returned with the same level of gasoline as it was delivered with.

EXTRAS:

Delivery/return:
– Delivery at the airport from 8 am to 8 pm: €10.
– Delivery from 8:01 pm to 11 pm: €25.
– Delivery from 11:01 pm to 7:59 am: €35.
– Delivery and return villa/hotel: €80.
– Baby seats and boosters: €5/day.
– GPS: €8/day.
– Additional driver: €5/day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If canceled 48H before the reservation, the charges made will be refunded. Otherwise, the equivalent amount of one day’s rental will be charged.
