You only need a driver’s license that is more than 3 years old, a credit card, and to be over 23 years old.

If you wish, you can pay either in cash or by credit card.

At the time of the contract formalization, an amount corresponding to the deductible for the rented vehicle group will be blocked on your credit card. This block will be released once the vehicle is returned in the agreed-upon conditions.

The insurance covers third-party damages, occupants, and theft, with a deductible ranging from €400 to €1000 depending on the type of vehicle you choose. Damages are not covered under any circumstances if you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs or if you drive recklessly. The insurance does not cover lost keys or stolen items from inside the car.

There is an option to purchase insurance without a deductible for a price ranging between €10 and €20, depending on the reserved vehicle group.

Under no circumstances are lost keys, fuel, refueling with the wrong type of fuel, or items stolen from inside the vehicle covered.

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 48 hours, the cancellation fee will be one day’s rental cost.

Pay only for what you consume. We provide the vehicle with a full or partially full tank, and you return it with the same amount. If there is any missing fuel, you will be charged for the fuel plus a fixed amount of €15 for refilling the tank.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
– Insurance with deductible, CDW, PAI, VEHICLE THEFT (does not include personal belongings stolen from inside)
– VAT
– Local taxes
– Unlimited mileage

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
– Damages below the deductible amount
– Loss or breakage of keys
– Theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings
– Fuel
– Fines

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:
AGE:

– For groups A, B, C, D, E: 23 years old and 3 years of driving license
– For groups F, G, H, H1, H2, H3: 25 years old and 3 years of driving license
– For groups H4, I2, I3: 27 years old and 5 years of driving license
– For group T: 25 years old, type A license, and 3 years of experience

DOCUMENTS:
– Identity card or passport
– Driver’s license with the required seniority

CREDIT CARD:
– A hold will be placed on the credit card for the value of the deductible for the rented vehicle group. This hold will be released once the contract is finalized, provided the vehicle is returned at the agreed time, place, and conditions.
– If SCDW (zero-deductible insurance) is purchased, a credit card in the driver’s name must be presented, but no hold will be placed.

SCDW (Zero-Deductible Insurance)
– With this extra, the customer is exempt from paying the deductible in case of vehicle damage.
– No hold will be placed on the credit card.
– SCDW does not cover loss or damage of keys, theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings transported in the vehicle, fuel, or fines.

– Group A, B, C: €12/day, maximum €120
– Group D, D1, D2, E: €14/day, maximum €140
– Group H, H1, H2, H3: €20/day, maximum €200
– Group H4, I, I2, I3: €22/day, maximum €220
– Group T: €12/day, maximum €220
– Group G: €18/day, maximum €180

FUEL POLICY
– At the airport, the vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If not, the consumed fuel will be charged.
– At the offices, the vehicle must be returned with the same level of fuel as when it was delivered.

Delivery and return:
– Delivery at the airport from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM: €10
– Delivery from 8:01 PM to 11:00 PM: €25
– Delivery from 11:01 PM to 7:59 AM: €35
– Delivery and return to villa/hotel: €80
– Baby seats and boosters: €5/day
– GPS: €8/day
– Additional driver: €5/day

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If canceled 48 hours before the reservation, all charges will be refunded. Otherwise, the equivalent of one day’s rental will be charged.
