Your car and motorbike rental in Ibiza

You can pick up the car at any of our offices or at the airport. You can find Autos Marí offices in Cala Llonga Marí, Siesta, Santa Eulalia, Santa Eulalia-cas capita (in front of  Tropical Garden Hotel), S’Argamassa and Portinatx.
We can also deliver the car to your hotel or villa for only 30€ more (only office openning times).

The vehicle collection point is located at the meeting point of the public parking P1 on the first floor, plaza 384 of the airport. At that same point our staff will deliver the vehicle to you without having to travel to any other point.

• Pickup at the airport from 8:00 to 20:00: €15
• Pickup from 20:01 to 23:00: €35
• Pickup from 23:01 to 7:59: €45

The driver that must be 23 years old and have 3 years of experience, and a credit card.

If you want you can pay in cash or by credit card.

The amount of the excess will be blocked over the credid card.
This amount will be returned at the end of the contract if there is no damage and the tank is full and the lease ended on the date and time stated. If there is any damage and it is below the excess amount, the client will only pay for the damage and any left over money will be refunded.

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

• Insurance with excess:
  • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
  • Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
  • Vehicle Theft (does not include personal items stolen from the interior)

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Damages below the excess amount
• Loss or breakage of keys
• Theft, loss, or deterioration of personal items
• Fuel
• Fines administration fee (€35), does not include the amount of the fine
• Extreme dirtiness (€150)
• Smoking inside the vehicle (€150)
• Theft/loss/breakage/wet keys (cost according to the manufacturer)

SCDW (Insurance Without Excess):

• With this extra, the customer is exempt from paying the excess in case of vehicle damage.
• No hold will be placed on the credit card.
• SCDW does not include:
  • Loss or deterioration of keys
  • Theft, loss, or deterioration of personal items transported in the vehicle
  • Fuel
  • Fine management
  • Charge for extreme dirtiness

It is possible to purchase insurance without excess for a price ranging between 15 € and 22 € depending on the group booked.

Not covered in any case, lost keys, fuel, wrong  refueling  or objects that can be subtracted from inside the vehicle

If you cancel at least 48hours before arrival there will be no cancellation fee. If the reservation is not cancelled the penalty shall be one day´s rental according to the current tariffs.

UNLIMITED MILEAGE:

• The rental price includes unlimited mileage.

FUEL POLICY:

• At the airport:
  • The vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel.
  • It must be returned full.
  • If not returned full, the consumed fuel plus a €20 refueling service fee will be charged.

REQUIREMENTS TO RENT:

AGE:

• For groups A, B, C, D, E: 23 years old and 3 years of license
• For groups F, G, H, H1, H2, H3: 25 years old and 3 years of license
• For groups H4, I2, I3: 27 years old and 5 years of license
• For group T: 25 years old with type A license and 3 years of experience

DOCUMENTS:

• Identity card or passport
• Driver’s license with the required years of experience

CREDIT CARD:

• A hold will be placed on the credit card for the amount of the excess for the group of the rented vehicle. This hold will be canceled once the contract is finalized, provided the vehicle is returned at the agreed time, place, and condition.
• In case of contracting SCDW (insurance without excess), it will be necessary to present a credit card in the driver’s name, but no hold will be placed.

EXCESS:

• Group A, B, C: €500
• Group D, D1, D2, E: €600
• Group H, H1, H2, H3: €950
• Group H4, I, I2, I3: €1250
• Group T: €700

SCDW (insurance without excess):

• With this extra, the customer is exempt from paying the excess in case of vehicle damage.
• No hold will be placed on the credit card.
• SCDW does not include loss or deterioration of keys, theft, loss, or deterioration of personal items transported in the vehicle, fuel, fine management, extreme dirtiness charge.

• Group A, B, C: €15/day, max €150
• Group D, D1, D2, E: €17/day, max €170
• Group H, H1, H2, H3: €23/day, max €230
• Group H4, I, I2, I3: €25/day, max €250
• Group T: €12/day, max €120
• Group G: €21/day, max €210

FUEL POLICY:

• At the airport, the vehicle will be delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. If not, the consumed fuel plus a €20 refueling service fee will be charged.
• At the offices, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as it was delivered. If not, the consumed fuel plus a €20 refueling service fee will be charged.

USE OF THE VEHICLE:

The rented vehicle may only be used for personal use and by duly registered drivers. If the vehicle is used for any of the situations listed below, as well as any other contrary to current legislation, Autos Marí reserves the right to terminate the reservation without any right to a refund. Autos Marí reserves the right to take legal action it deems appropriate to obtain compensation for corresponding damages.

PROHIBITED USES:

• Commercial passenger transport.
• Pushing or towing any other vehicle or object.
• Smoking (or similar: e.g., hookahs, vapes) in the vehicle.
• Participating in car races, official or not.
• Conducting material resistance tests, accessory tests, or any other test or trial on the rented vehicle.
• Driving the vehicle off paved roads.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair the ability to drive.
• Transporting goods if such transport violates the law or any legal provision or for illicit purposes.
• Transporting more passengers than allowed by the vehicle’s technical documentation.
• Transporting goods not authorized by the vehicle’s technical documentation regarding weight, quantity, or volume.
• Transporting goods classified as special or dangerous by current regulations.
• Using the vehicle as a means to commit crimes, offenses, or any other action sanctioned by Spanish legislation, as well as aiding criminals or protecting, transporting, or sheltering any object resulting from such actions.
• Modifying the vehicle’s structure, installing roof racks, or similar objects for transporting goods or luggage, or any other purpose.
• Taking the vehicle outside the geographic limits of the island of Ibiza without prior written authorization from Autos Marí.
• Transporting animals in the vehicle.
• Tampering with the odometer or any other element of the vehicle.
• Driving the vehicle by an unregistered driver or whose identification has not been validated by Autos Marí.
• Carrying children or babies without the appropriate booster or seat.

NOTE:

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO TAKE THE VEHICLE TO FORMENTERA OR ANY OTHER PLACE OUTSIDE THE ISLAND OF IBIZA. PENALTIES ARISING FROM THIS VIOLATION WILL BE BORNE BY THE HOLDER OF THE VEHICLE RENTAL CONTRACT.
