You can pick up the car at any of our offices or at the airport. You can find Autos Marí offices in Cala Llonga Marí, Siesta, Santa Eulalia, Santa Eulalia-cas capita (in front of  Tropical Garden Hotel), S’Argamassa and Portinatx.
We can also deliver the car to your hotel or villa for only 30€ more (only office openning times).

The vehicle collection point is at the meeting point the public parking P3 in Ibiza Airport. There you will meet someone of our team who will delivery the car at these point

08.00 -20.00h: 10€
20:00 – 23:00h: 25 €.
23:01 – 08:00h: 35 €.

The driver that must be 23 years old and have 3 years of experience, and a credit card.

If you want you can pay in cash or by credit card.

The amount of the excess will be blocked over the credid card.
This amount will be returned at the end of the contract if there is no damage and the tank is full and the lease ended on the date and time stated. If there is any damage and it is below the excess amount, the client will only pay for the damage and any left over money will be refunded.

The insurance covers third party damage, occupants and theft, with a excess that goes from 400 € to 1000 € depending on the type of vehicle you choose. The damage is not covered under any circumstances if you drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you make a reckless driving. Insurance does not cover loss of keys or items stolen from inside the car.

It is possible to purchase insurance without excess for a price ranging between 10 € and 22 € depending on the group booked.

Not covered in any case, lost keys, fuel, wrong  refueling  or objects that can be subtracted from inside the vehicle

If you cancel at least 48hours before arrival there will be no cancellation fee. If the reservation is not cancelled the penalty shall be one day´s rental according to the current tariffs.

The vehicle comes full , and the customer must return it full. If not filled , the missing gasoline will be charged with a charge of 15€ extra for service filling.

-Damage for an amount lower than that of the excess
-Loss or breakage of keys
-Theft, loss or damage to personal items
-Fuel
-Fines

REQUIREMENTS FOR RENTING:

AGE:
-For groups A, B, C, D, E, 23 years and three years with a licence
-For groups F, G, H, H1, H2, H3, 25 years and three years with a license
-For groups H4, I2, I3, 27 years and five years with a licence

-For groups T 25 years and three years with a licence type A

DOCUMENTS:
-ID card or passport
-Driving licence with the required duration
CREDIT CARD:
-The value of the excess of the group of the hired vehicle will be blocked on the credit card. This will be cancelled once the agreement has been signed, provided that the vehicle is returned at the agreed time and place and under the agreed conditions.
-If the SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is contracted, a credit card in the driver’s name must be presented, but NO amount will be blocked.

-Group A, B, C: €400
-Group D, D1, D2, E: €500
-Group H, H1, H2, H3: €750
-Group H4, I, I2, I3: €950

–Group T: €700

SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver)
-With this extra, the customer is exempt from paying excess in the event of damage to the vehicle.
-No amount will be blocked on the credit card.
-The SCDW does not include the loss of or damage to keys, theft or loss of, or damage to personal items transported in the vehicle, fuel, fines.

-Group A, B, C: €12/DAY MAX €100
-Group D, D1, D2, E: €14/DAY MAX €120
-Group H, H1, H2, H3: €20/DAY MAX €180
-Group H4, I, I2, I3: €22/DAY MAX €200

-Group T: €12/DAY MAX €220

-Group G: €18/DAY MAX €180

FUEL POLICY:
-At the airport, the vehicle will be delivered with a full tank and must be returned with the same, otherwise the consumed fuel will be charged.
-At the offices, the vehicle must be returned with the same gasoline level as when it was delivered.

Delivery and return:
– Delivery at the airport from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.: €10
– Delivery from 8:01 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.: €25
– Delivery from 11:01 p.m. to 7:59 a.m.: €35
– Delivery and return villa/hotel: €40
– Baby car seats €5/day
– GPS €8/day
– Additional driver €5/day
